Kate has been actively involved with Barrie Harley-Davidson® since 1997 as a 'volunteer' spouse. Kate has recently moved to the Chief Operations Officer position and has taken on the roll of co-owner of Barrie Harley-Davidson® since 2008 . In the riding months, you won't find Kate in her office as she participates in the numerous charity rides and events that Barrie Harley-Davidson® supports throughout the year. Terri-Lyn has been with Barrie Harley-Davidson® since September 2006. Upon graduating from Brock University with a Business Administration degree, Terri-Lyn was hired as our Business Assistant and has worked her way up to General Manager. Growing up on a farm & playing various sports throughout her life has lead Terri-Lyn to understand that success is not only dependent on hard work & dedication but also on team involvement, both employee & customer satisfaction and a fun working atmosphere.
Terri-Lyn obtained her motorcycle license her first summer working for the dealership and has owned her own bike. Although her riding time is now limited owing to her family commitments, she still does try to get on a motorcycle at least once each summer.

My motorcycle career began at the age of 21 when I brought my first street bike. A Kawasaki ZX-6R, an old 2001. Before that I had never ridden a motorcycle (maybe a scooter once) but not even a dirt-bike. At a very young age I remember seeing motorcycles from the car window and thinking – wow that looks cool! Just fascinated by them. Deep down I think I’ve always had a passion for two-wheels and when I finally took my M2 course (with my Dad) I knew then and there motorcycling was definitely for me!
I love motorcycles because there is no other feeling on the road like it, everything is better - the sights, the smells, the fresh air and the feeling of the open road is pure exhilaration. The Harley-Davidson lifestyle is like no other and Barrie Harley-Davidson is like no other. I am proud to call this place my home away from home because of the people within it. If you don’t ride a motorcycle or if you ride another brand, you are always welcome at Barrie Harley-Davidson and we will always make sure your experience here is a memorable one.

Mark grew up with a passion for motorcycles that keeps growing over time. You will often find him sharing stories of riding adventures with customers in the showroom. From riding dirt bikes as a kid, to the racetrack later in life, and of course lots of street riding along the way, his variety of riding background helps him to relate to all riders. Mark takes a lot of pride in the level of service that our customers receive when buying a bike at Barrie Harley-Davidson. Cody joined the parts team at Barrie Harley-Davidson in February of 2018. Growing up as a kid I always had a passion for motorcycles. I was always surrounded by motorcycles and dirt bikes starting at a young age. I had my first dirt bike (Suzuki 80) at the age of 7 and have loved being on two wheels ever since. I would help my dad work on his 1989 Softail Custom or his 2003 Electra Glide in the garage. If we weren’t working on the bikes, he would take me for rides on the back. I do not have my motorcycle license yet, but will be on the road soon. When I’m not at Harley I’m usually out on the ATV, camping or barbequing in the backyard with friends.

I’ve been riding motorcycles since before I even learned to drive cars. My early bikes were Japanese, but in 2008, I made the switch and bought my first Harley— a Dyna Super Glide Custom. Since then, I’ve bounced between Street Glides and Ultra Limiteds, and my current ride is a 2018 115th Anniversary Street Glide.
Before joining the team at Barrie Harley-Davidson, I spent nearly 10 years as a motorcycle instructor at Georgian College and 35 years as an Automotive Parts Manager. Motorcycles have always been a huge part of my life, and I’m proud to bring that passion and experience to the dealership.

Ashton has been part of the Barrie Harley-Davidson® family since 2008. In 2007, Ashton bought his first motorcycle from Barrie Harley-Davidson®, and when the service assistant position opened up a year later, he knew it was the perfect job for him. In 2010 he migrated from the service department to his current position in the parts department. You won’t find him at the parts counter, as he hides away at his desk in the back as an important “liaison” between the parts and the service department. Ashton is currently riding a 09 Nightster® that is constantly changing with accessories. When the question arose of why he loves riding, he was at a loss for words. “Tough question. Almost everything; from being out in the elements, to throwing the bike over in the corners and crackin’ the throttle on the way out, it’s just a very dynamic and exciting experience.“

Miles started riding motorcycles at the age of 16 as a year round daily driver, and became hooked on the feeling of two wheels. Miles' father got back into riding and together they have traveled the world on motorcycles; including across Canada, Vietnam, Europe, and others. Miles motorcycled across the country four times before entering University to obtain a Business Degree in Automotive Management to pursue the motorcycle industry. During University Miles met his current wife but would only marry her if she got her motorcycle license. So she did. He started working at Barrie Harley-Davidson® in 2008 and won't leave because it's the epitome of excellence in the motorcycle industry. Miles has since had two boys, who each got their own motorcycles by the age of 3 and must now progress each year to keep up with dad. Hey everyone, you know who it is…. Jason Here at Barrie Harley-Davidson.
I was offered the opportunity to start working in this incredible family run, team oriented establishment in 2016 and haven’t looked back since. I came into this dealership with a lot of knowledge of off brand motorcycles and thanks to my team mates for sharing their abundance of knowledge, it was only a short amount of time before I started adopting the Harley mechanical background, ways and values. I started in the Service department and have since moved around within the dealership to expand my knowledge and get a true understanding of as much of the business as I possibly can. My time spent working in the Parts Department has allowed me to grow within the dealership and aside from the Service and Parts counters, I now have experience and worked as a Parts Runner, Chrome Consultant, Shipper/Receiver, I built and managed our Shopify E-Commerce store and as some of you already know, I worked with the Marketing department on the social media end. I have recently found my way back to the Service Department as a Service Coordinator working in the shop along side all of our technicians, service assistants’ writers and management to ensure shop flow is efficient and work getting completed in a timely manner.
I have had the opportunity to work with this amazing team of people that are always willing to help you excel and drive you to succeed. I’ve always loved the brand but never had the opportunity to ride or be involved with it until I started working here. From a young age, I started collecting memorabilia and merchandise and it was only a matter of time until I became part of the Harley-Davidson family.

Chris started as a service assistant and is a master at detailing and buffing - a guru of paint restoration. From service assistant to Licensed Master Technician, Chris is viewed as the next Dave Germaine. Chris has completed his Level 1 Harley-Davidson® Technician Training and has completed all of his PHD Harley-Davidson® training courses.
