"Like most other Harley Owners I was a tire kicker for many years stopping in to see if there was a certain bike that peaked my interest. I always knew what style but colour and timing were never right. It was sad that the Sales people knew me by name lol. Not once was I pressured to go in the little office to draw up a contract that was a huge plus for me. Finally one day with (yes the wife's blessing) I was given the go ahead. I walked in the door and saw the Root Beer Street Glide sitting on the platform, I was hooked. Corey spent some time with me going over some options and next thing I knew I was signing the dotted line. From day one it has been a great experience. The night I picked up my Street Glide Bruce actually stayed late to accomodate my schedule. He was very helpful in making sure that I understood the bike before I rode away. Barrie HD has the best staff from the first person that will greet you at the front door to the last person you see at the back door. I will say now and I will continue saying... its not always the best deal you find that will win great service. If you buy your Harley from Barrie HD you will not be disappointed. Kelly German"

"Well let me first state that I have been riding and building Harley's for over 30 years and am no stranger to dealing with the multitude of HD dealers all over North America and for the most part they have been all fairly good to deal with. But Barrie Harley has been the first HD dealership where my wife and yours truly have felt the most welcomed. It is a true testament to the owners of this outstanding dealership. I bought a 97 road king with the help of Cory who went out of his way to make this purchase painless and a total enjoyment. I just retired from the Canadian Military after 30 years of service and I was stationed in Alaska. So we decided to retire in Barrie and I had my 09 Ultra Bagger shipped to Barrie HD and to make things even worse, I moved in the dead of winter Dec. Once again Miles at the service department stepped up and took great care in making sure all my needs were looked after. Once again outstanding service from the staff of Barrie HD. Also James at the parts department was always willing to give me all the time I needed and to answer all my questions, another outstanding staff member. The sales staff treated my wife like she was family and were always there to help her out with her question's on Harley riding apparel. Bruce & Kate I commend you on your loyalty to your customers and to your great staff. "I was in Barrie for my M2 road test and found myself stranded. The morning had showered me and my bike and disabled the horn on my bike. I was unable to do the road test as the bike has to be "fully" functioning. I was give another opportunity if I could get myself back to the roadtest within the hour. My visit to your Harley location cost me $125 for a horn to be installed, however the experience gave me the opportunity to attend the road test and pass to gain my M2. All thanks to Miles and his team of experts!! I will be back to purchase my Harley from you when the time comes. I'm thinking the Rocker...sweet ride!! "

"In the past year the staff at Barrie HD have really honed their customer skills and make you feel welcome. This is a HD store that you feel comfortable asking questions without that employee know it all-make you feel stupid attitude that some dealers display. I bought my '08 EG Classic from Keith who came through on all his promises, verbally right from the start with a handshake. That's refreshing sales! "This is a belated comment. I was looking for a used bike so I went to Barrie Harley back in the summer of 06. Cory found me a 97 Road King and it was exactly what I was looking for. I got posted to Elmendorf AFB Alaska this summer so I sold the bike for the same price I bought it for, as I did not want to ship it to Alaska. I bought a 09 Vivid Black Ultra at House of Harley In Anchorage Alaska and when I get posted back I plan on returning to Barrie Harley for all my servicing and bike & clothing accessory purchases.
