- Lubicate the fuel door, Tour Pack® carrier and saddlebag hinges, latches and locks
- Inspect battery condition, cables and charging system output
- Lubricate clutch cable. Ensure proper cable adjustment and hand lever free play
- Inspect spark plugs. Ensure proper gap setting
- Inspect and lubricate brake and clutch hand levers
- Inspect front break resevoir for fluid condition and proper level
- Check operation of all electrical equipment, lighting and controls
- lubricate steering head bearings. Ensure proper adjustment
- Inspect front break pads and discs. Ensure pad thickness is within specification
- Inspect front break lines for leaks,contact or abrasions

- Inspect air cleaner element. Clean or replace oil filter. Inspect condition. Tighten to specification
- Inspect rear break resevoir for fluid and proper level
- Check for open recalls, product campaignes, trouble codes and engine managment system updates
- Inspect oil lines for leaks, contact or abrasions
- Drain and replace trasmission lubricant. Examine fluid condition. Replace drain plug o-ring and torque to proper specification
- Inspect fuel lines and fittings for leaks, contact or abrasions
- Inspect and adjust drive belt. Inspect wheel compensator sprocket

- check toque of all spokes (if equipped)
- Inspect exhaust for leaks, cracks and lose or missing fasteners or exhaust shields
- Inspect rear break pads and discs. Ensure pad thickness is within specification
- Inspect rear break line for leaks, contact or abrasions
- Drain and replace primary chain case lubricant; inspect condition. Replace drain plug o-ring and torque to proper specification
- Inspect clutch assembly adjustment. Ensure adjuteer screw free-play and lock nut torque
- Check rear air suspension pressure, operation and leakage
- Inspect and lubricate jiffy stand
- Check tightness of critical fastners
- Road test-varify component and system functions
