RULES & REGULATIONS

1. Contest runs from May 1^st, 2009 until 2:00 p.m. on September 12^th, 2009.
2. Visit your dealership to fill out an entry form and pick up your game card.
3. Take your game card (Touring Passport) to as many PARTICIPATING” dealerships as possible between May 1^st and September 12^th.  Have your passport stamped at each dealership to obtain points. The number of points awarded at each store is shown under the dealership name inside your passport.
4. Additional points are awarded, as shown on your passport, for visiting a dealership on the special event dates shown on your passport.
5. To be eligible to participate and receive stamps contestants MUST be the rider or passenger on a motorcycle.
6. Only one passport is allowed per contestant.
7. Contestants are eligible for only ONE prize category as determined by their confirmed accumulated point total on September 12^th.
8. To receive a stamp contestants must present their passport, provide proper identification and show that they are riding there motorcycle.
9. To be eligible to win contestants MUST return, in person, with their passport to the dealership where they registered and picked up their passport. Passports must be handed in between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on SEPTEMBER 12^th, 2009.
10.  ALL MOTORCYCLE BRANDS are welcome and eligible to win.

HOW TO WIN

1. Between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., on September 12^th, contestants MUST return to the dealership where they picked up their passport.
2. Contestants will hand in their passport and have dealership staff add up the total number of points they have accumulated. Contestants will be placed in one of the three points categories based on their accumulated points.
3. To determine a contestant’s FINAL SCORE each contestant will roll a number of dice equal to the number of points they have accumulated.
4. After all final scores have been determined each dealership will award their dealership prizes to the THREE category winners.  Contestants MUST BE PRESENT to win. No proxies are allowed. If a category winner is not present another winner will be chosen.
5. If a tie should occur, in a dealership category, contestants can unanimously agree to split the prize or contestants will each roll one additional die with the highest roll being the winner.
6. The names and scores of each dealership category winner will be submitted to a central location to determine the three provincial winners. In the event of a tie, in a provincial category, the prize will be split amongst the winners.
7. Provincial category winners MAY not be announced until September 14^th.
