Stephanie Duff - General Merchandise Manager
With five years of riding experience under her belt and over 10 years in customer service and retail management, Stephanie comes to us with experience and a passion for riding. Steph bought her Harley-Davidson® 883 Iron from Barrie Harley-Davidson® in 2012 and was so impressed by the staff and the service she recived, she knew she wanted to be part of the Barrie Harley-Davidson® family. Steph joined the team in March 2013, bringing her unique creative spirit and love for the brand to the General Merchandise Department.
Steph can usually be found riding her bike on the beautiful, winding roads near her cabin in the Muskoka's, or working at the counter wishing she was on her bike on a beautiful winding road near her cabin in Muskoka! Aileen Latour- General Merchandise Specialist
Aileen has been with Barrie Harley-Davidson® as a General Merchandise Associate since 2007. With 5 plus years as a rider, and completion of Harley-Davidson® University courses, Aileen understands the importance of riding gear and is able to answer any questions thrown at her. She loves the freedom of the open road when out riding.
Lillian Orr - Shipper & Receiver
Lillian has been with Barrie Harley-Davidson® since 2007 in different departments including, Administration, Shipping - Receiving, General Merchandise, and Warranty. Lillian has spent 33 years on the back of the motorcycle and enjoys every minute of it. "The motorcycling experience has taken me down many roads, each being unique with the people, places and things that forged unforgettable bonds of friendship, challenged personal boundaries, and broadened my scope of the moments that truly define love and a life lived well."
Kathryn Smith- General Merchandise Buyer (P/T)
Kathryn has been with Barrie Harley-Davidson® for over 8 years, and is one of the few current employees who started when the store was over on Bradford Street in Barrie. Kathryn's extensive knowledge includes 26 years of purchasing and selling high end clothing and merchandising for over 20 years. She automatically became interested in the idea of purchasing and selling merchandise for the iconic Harley-Davidson® brand. "I respect and love the brand and what Harley-Davidson® represents as a company. It's a lifestyle for people to enjoy and be happy and what gets better than that."
